This doe’s strongest attribute is in the mammary system. She has a beautiful shape to that rear udder being high and wide and securely attached. It would be more desirable to have the teats placed closer to the medial, but the correctness of shape and security of the fore and rear attachments should be recognized. In general appearance she is level in the chine and loin and smoothly blended from neck into shoulders. She could be more level in the rump, especially from hips to pins. While she is strong on correctly angulated feet and legs, she tends to hock in (turn in) on the rear legs). In body capacity she is long with good width in the chest. She does get somewhat narrow in the rump and I’d like to see more width in her hind end. Her weakest category is dairy strength where she lacks the strength. I appreciate the cleanliness of the thigh and smoothness of blending from her neck into her withers, but I’d like to see more substance of bone in her legs and flatter bone, the lack of which is especially noticeable in her rear cannon bone.
