In general appearance, this doe is has a long and level top line, however, she need more levelness and flatness in the rump. She has good angulation to the rear legs, for a young doe we can accept some level of over angulation. In the front end, she needs more brisket extension and her fore legs are placed too far forward, they should be under her withers. In dairy strength, she has a long neck and is clean in the thigh but needs more angulation to her rib and more increasing depth in the rear barrel. Although she has some dairy traits, she really lacks the strength at this time. In body capacity she has a long barrel, and she is adequately wide in the chest and carries that width back to the rump, but she lacks both spring of rib and depth in the rear barrel. In mammary, it is hard to determine if this doe is in full function or if she is dry. If she is currently milking she lacks capacity and width throughout. Her attachments, while keeping the mammary of this size attached, do not seem to be enough if she were to have more milk. If she is drying or dry, I’d prefer to suspend options until I could see her with a full mammary. There is no fore udder picture to evaluate fore udder.
